Using your own Bluetooth® connected heart rate monitor, ActivePulse technology can adjust your treadmill’s speed and incline to make sure you stay in your target heart rate zone. Embedded controls allow you to self-adjust your speed between 0-12 MPH and your incline up to 12% if you ever need to change the difficulty of your iFIT workout. If you do make adjustments, iFIT technology takes note and will adjust your next session accordingly. *iFIT experience shown.
