| Reviews | Excelente producto y fácil uso para cualquier persona que empieza en construcción | The Bosch GLL50-20 is a basic, entry level, compact, and lightweight red line crossline laser that is good for use by the homeowner. It helps you quickly and accurately project a combination of horizontal (level) and vertical (plumb) red layout lines at the same time up to maximum of 50 feet ahead of you while indoors. This laser has an accuracy of plus/minus 5/16” at 30 feet and laser Owner’s Manual is provided on the www.bosch.com website. It comes with 2, alkaline “AA” batteries or you can purchase separately, the optional Bosch rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. A really nice feature of this laser is that it has a smart pendulum mechanism that permits the laser to self-level as well as to indicate an out-of-level situation of 3.5 degrees or more. Also, when the laser is turned “off”, it automatically locks itself into a secure position to protect the pendulum from damage when the laser is stored or transported. This crossline laser will increase the marking location accuracy over other layout methods while saving you valuable time and frustration. Users of this laser will be impressed with how easy it is to place accurate “level” and “plumb” layout lines on a wall for kitchen cabinets, shelves, and tiling, etc. The laser comes with a built-in strong magnetic wall mount bracket for use on metal surfaces or use a nail in the wall keyhole mounting hole or use the convenient built in 1/4-20 female threaded tripod insert mounting hole so you can securely mount the laser to any standard camera tripod for operating use. The outer laser body has a tough protective rubberized over-mold surface around the unit itself and it has a good IP55 (nationally recognized Ingress Protection rating) for protecting against localized dust and splashing water from affecting the unit. While using this laser unit is rather intuitive, my only constructive criticism is that the Bosch should have better explained, by giving several real-life examples of how to use their laser unit. Such examples should include the basics of shooting the combination of level and plumb laser lines to hanging kitchen cabinets, the placing and leveling of a group of picture frames, in marking the rise angle for a stair handrail, etc. While several models of laser have other features, the Bosch GLL50-20 is a good basic entry level laser to have a use. | This Bosh Laser is awesome, best one so far, very easy to use, especially in buildings without level floors or ceilings.
