| Reviews | I have had this Bosch planer (PL1632) for a little over a year and have used it a several times for fine adjustment of interior doors. Recent attempts to use this planer on thinner edged stock (3/4 and 1 inch) have shown the out-of-square guide fence problem that has been previously reported and impossible to resolve using the materials supplied within the planer. This is the first (and only) Bosch product that I have ever described as "disappointing". I have been very satisfied with my Bosch compound miter saw, job site saw, demo hammer, hammer drill, and several orbital sanders. DeWalt and Bosch have similar price points and most of my purchases of either work out well--this one fell short of expectations. | I bought this planer in a sale and it has been a game changer for me in the shop.
