You will need: 1 package seasoning mix, 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, 3 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp oil, 3 cups water, 1/3 cup cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery.
