    Preparation InstructionsTo Prepare McCormick Al Pastor Seasoning Mix: Toss 1 lb pork tenderloin or boneless, cut into thin strips, with Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until evenly coated. Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; cook, stirring gently, just until seared, about 3 minutes. Stir in 1/4 cup water. Serve immediately. Makes 5 servings. SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Tacos Al Pastor: Serve cooked pork in warmed tortillas with chopped cilantro, onion, pineapple, and lime wedges.
