You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix, 2 cups rigatoni or penne pasta, 1 tbsp oil, 1 lb boneless chicken breast (cut into strips), 1 can (14 1/2 oz) petite diced tomatoes (undrained), 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 2 cups baby spinach leaves. Directions: 1. Cook pasta as directed on the package. Drain well. 2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
