Preparation Instructions To prepare meat loaf with McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning: Prep Time - 10 minutes. Cook time – 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You will need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix, 2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey, 2 eggs, lightly beaten, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup dry breadcrumbs or 1 cup soft breadcrumbs (2 slices bread), 12 cup French’s Tomato Ketchup (optional). Directions: 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 1 hour or until cooked through. Storage Instructions Shelf life of McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning is 720 days.
