Cooking times are based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. 1. REMOVE BOWL from outer carton. Cut slit in center of film cover. 2. MICROWAVE ON HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on HIGH for additional 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through. 3. LET STAND in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. OVEN DIRECTIONS: Do not heat under broiler or in toaster oven. 1. PREHEAT OVEN to 350ºF. Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. 2.
