Cooking times are based on a 1100 watt microwave oven. 1. Remove bowl from the outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. 2. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir. Replace film. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute longer or until cooked through. 3 LET STAND in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Stir before serving. CAUTION: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave. Do not prepare in a conventional or toaster oven. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
