Il aide à préserver la fraîcheur des aliments, à les protéger ainsi qu'à éviter les brûlures de congélation. Cannelures spéciales assurant un retrait d'air complet. Matériau à multiples épaisseurs bloquant l'humidité et l'oxygène pour mieux protéger les aliments, résistant aux perforations et pouvant être chauffé au micro-ondes et bouilli à faible ébullition.
