Add 1 packet of Elmer's Magical Cloud Dust to the glue and begin to stir. EC Copy 12 Add 5 tbsp. of Elmer's Magical Liquid and mix well, then add 2 tbsp. of water. Continue to add 4 1/2 tbsp. of Magical Liquid. Note, you should have activator left over. EC Copy 13 Stir until it becomes hard to mix and slime begins to form.
