The 20.5-gallon bin (3600) holds 400 cups (or 125 lbs. of flour); the 26-gallon bin (3602) holds 500 cups (or 150 lbs. of flour); the 31-gallon bin (3603) holds 600 cups (or 175 lbs. of flour).
