Underneath, a thick CertiPUR-US® certified orthopedic egg-crate foam base cushions hips and joints at every age, from growing puppies to graying seniors. Inside and out it's soft velveteen plush in Mink—a tonal faux fur that feels like a favorite blanket and looks at home beside your own furniture. When it needs a refresh, the cover unzips and machine washes cold, then zips back on; the foam and fill spot-clean as needed. A non-skid bottom keeps it in place on hardwood and tile. Sixty (60) day period extends from the date of purchase. Claim must be made within the warranty period. To be eligible for replacement, product purchase must be properly registered via the FurHaven website within fourteen (14) days of purchase. The Worry-Free Program Warranty is designed as a customer service benefit to our valued customers. FurHaven reserves the sole right of determination of product eligibility of the program. Multiple requests within a one-year period that indicate possible abuse of this Worry-Free program benefit may be denied. Customer is entitled to one (1) free replacement product per item purchased as part of this warranty (an item will not be warrantied more than once). At the request of FurHaven’s agents, images of the damaged product or return of the damaged product may be requested and required as proof of warranty claim. Shipping and handling of replacement product will be paid by FurHaven Pet Products. Defects in material and/or workmanship are defined as: flaws in fabric, finish or materials not naturally occurring; sewing; gluing; stapling; zipper construction or installation. Absolutely no warranty or return for credit will be offered for acts beyond the manufacturer’s control. This includes but is not limited to: damage inflicted on products by animals, water damage/fire damage and other acts of God or natural events and conditions, damage caused through misuse of products, damage caused by failure to follow care instructions, damage (whether intentional or unintentional) inflicted by a person, and/or failure to properly maintain product. FurHaven Pet reserves the right to require return of product(s) to the nearest manufacturing facility for inspection and verification of warranty claim. Do not expose this bed to sparks, open flames or any heat source. Once ignited, urethane foam will burn rapidly, releasing great heat and consuming oxygen at a high rate. In an enclosed space, the resulting oxygen deficiency will present a danger of suffocation to occupants. Hazardous gases released by the burning foam can be incapacitating or fatal to human beings and pets if inhaled in sufficient quantities. Once ignited, urethane foam is difficult to extinguish.
