The mash bill consists of 90% Rye and 10% malted rye. 100 proof with a dark amber color, it is aged a minimum of 3½ years in new charred American oak barrels. The whiskey is complex, offering pronounced notes of caramel and rye spice with a chocolate and malt finish. A great sipping rye, exceptional when mixed in cocktails. (50% ABV – 100 proof).
