A 3-wood whiskey, aged in bourbon, sherry and PX sherry casks, The Rare Cask 02 was triple-distilled in 1992, matured in “first fill” Oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels for 12 years, before marrying and finishing its final 17 years of aging in PX sherry casks for a sweet and rich whiskey profile.
