Remove screw cap (B) from bottle and detach straw (F) from silicone mouth piece (E)._x000D_ 2. Flip down lock (G) and press button (H) to open lid (A)._x000D_ 3. Pull silicone sealing ring (C) and silicone air valve (D) out from underneath the screw cap (B)._x000D_ 4. Pull silicone mouth piece (E) out the top of the screw cap (A) now that silicone air valve (D) has been released._x000D_ 5.
