Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad to clean nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad. APPLICATION: 1. Peel the backing from the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, center, and sides at the same time. 2. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. (Press on thumbnails last.) 3.
