    • Long DescriptionAllergic dermatitis can make your dog very uncomfortable. Symptoms like excessive itching, scratching, and biting aren't only disruptive to you and your pet, but they can also cause more severe problems over time, including hair loss and skin infection. Zenrelia (ilunocitinib tablets) is a once-daily tablet that relieves itching due to allergic dermatitis and controls atopic dermatitis. Zenrelia is designed to begin working rapidly.* The active ingredient, ilunocitinib, reduces the inflammatory response in your dog's skin caused by allergies, making your dog feel less itchy. What's more, Zenrelia is designed to deliver continuous efficacy over the long term and can get your dog back to normal**. Dogs should not take Zenrelia for at least 28 days to 3 months prior to vaccination and should not take Zenrelia for at least 28 days after vaccination. Discuss your dog’s vaccine schedule with your veterinarian. Zenrelia is given once a day with or without food, so it may be easier to incorporate into your daily routine. Always follow your veterinarian's instructions. The most common side effects reported with this dog dermatitis treatment were vomiting, diarrhea and tiredness; see package insert including the Boxed Warning. Zenrelia is a prescription itch relief medication for dogs at least 12 months of age. Ask your veterinarian if Zenrelia can relieve itching in your dog due to allergic and atopic dermatitis. Fast relief for your best friend is also a relief for you. Spend more time doing the things you love, like cuddling and playing, and less time managing your dog's allergy symptoms. * Forster S, Boegel A, Despa S, et al.
