• A just add water, shelf stable batter that is a superior alternative to traditional egg and milk wash used in the hand breading process. One 6/5# case of Pre Dipt yields the equivalent of 15 gallons of milk combined with 15 dozen eggs and provides far more versatility and enhanced coating coverage. Pre Dipt can be made thicker or thinner (depending on the application needs) simply by adding more or less water to the mix. The neutral flavor profile makes it the perfect vehicle to customize the product by using different liquids to hydrate the batter or adding spices and seasonings to the mix for a truly unique dish.
