Dustless Breader is designed to be give large volume operators all the flavor and functionality of a superior poultry breader without the mess often associated with hand breading. This coating has been baked and ground into a very fine granulation to avoid the spread of flour dust that can occur when large amounts of chicken are being hand breaded at one time. Dustless Breader has been formulated with a neutral flavor profile and relatively low salt content making it the perfect candidate for back-of-house customization and a truly unique featured menu item.
