• • Ingredients: The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Sugar Syrup*, Fresh Pink Grapefruit juice, Soda• Method: In an ice-filled highball add: 40ml TM Double Cask 12 Years Old 30ml Grapefruit Juice 10-15ml Sugar Syrup* Top up with soda• Garnish: Highball Glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice. *Syrup: In a pan, dissolve 3pts of sugar in 2pts of water on low heat.
