• • Ingredients: The Macallan A Night On Earth, Almond Liqueur, Heavy Cream, Egg White (Optional)• Method: In an ice-filled shaker add: 50ml TM A Night On Earth 10ml Almond Liqueur 10ml Heavy Cream 1 large egg white OR 20ml Aquafaba (V) Shake well and fine strain in a coupette.• Garnish: Coupette Glass. Garnish with some ground cinammon or nutmeg.
