Its colour is the result of years of maturation in hand selected European oak sherry seasoned casks of the highest quality. Aroma Dark brown sugar, baked orchard fruits and bright spice - cinnamon, allspice and star anise. Sweet and creamy hazelnut praline, complemented by the tang of candied orange peel and a touch of maple syrup. A backbone of toasted oak and soft worn leather adds depth and complexity. Flavour Caramelised pears, dark chocolate and sweet baking spices - cinnamon, clove and cardamom. Pecan pie, crystalised ginger and orange marmalade. Soft, rich and mouth-coating.
