• • Ingredients: 50ml Brugal 1888 10ml Lime juice 10ml Coconut syrup (store bought) 1 Egg white Top up with Pineapple soda• Method: Add first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice, dry shake for 20 seconds, add ice, shake for 10 seconds more, double strain into a Highball with ice, top up with pineapple soda and garnish with a pineapple leaf• Garnish: Highball Pineapple leaf
