• • Ingredients: The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old, Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Orange Bitters, Champagne• Method: In a champagne flute add: 30ml TM Double Cask 12 Years Old 10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry 2 drops Orange Bitters Top up with champagne.• Garnish: Champagne Flute. Garnish with a long orange zest. Tip: Keep your flutes in the freezer. For additional bubbles and sweetness, drop a sugar cube in the glass before you start building the cocktail.
