• • Ingredients: The Macallan Double Cask 15 Years Old, Honey Syrup*, Dry Vermouth, Fresh Pineapple juice, Fresh Lemon juice, Bitters• Method: In a highball, add: 50ml TM Double Cask 15 Years Old 10ml Dry Vermouth 30ml Pineapple Juice 10ml Lemon Juice 10ml Honey Syrup* Add crushed ice to the top and finish with a few bitter drops• Garnish: Highball Glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. *Syrup: In a container, dissolve 3pts of honey in 2pts of hot water.
