Hirsch The Single Barrel Silver is a blend of two mash bills: 70% consists 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley aged for 4 years and 2 months and 30% is made of up 72% corn, 13% rye, and 15% malted barley aged 5 years and 6 months. This limited release of 50 barrels is aged in Bardstown, Kentucky in New American Oak Barrels and non-chill filtered.
