The fully welded stainless steel fry tank is embossed to reflect the correct oil level. The manual control system provides simple and reliable operation, ensuring precise temperature adjustment. With a versatile temperature range of 200° to 400°F, this stainless steel natural gas fryer excels in preparing a wide array of fried foods, including French fries, chicken wings, fried chicken, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and more. The integral fry vat cold zone, located below the tube burners, promotes longer oil life and better-tasting food and flavor when used and maintained correctly. The millivolt control scheme eliminates the need for an electrical connection. This industrial gas fryer includes (2) nickel electro-plated wire fry baskets with PVC coated hand grips.
