The durable stainless-steel one-door cold prep station can accommodate full-size sheet pans. This commercial sandwich and salad prep station is designed with an easy-to-grip recessed door handle and one adjustable heavy-duty wire shelf to store ingredients and backup supplies. It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and 4" deep plastic prep pans to hold various ingredients for easy access during sandwich and salad assembly. This one-door salad and sandwich prep station offers up to 7.2 cubic feet (198 L) of refrigerated storage that can hold 8 pans. The stainless steel prep station is equipped with an 11.42" deep polyethylene cutting board that provides a convenient surface for slicing and preparing ingredients. The unit is mounted on four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your busy commercial kitchen. This deli prep station features a solid state digital control system, LED temperature display and urethane foam insulated walls and door. The condensate evaporator is integrated to the unit, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The eco-friendly refrigeration system utilizes R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimum temperatures from 33°F to 40°F (1°C to 4°C).
