The drawers provide convenient storage for perishable ingredients, condiments and other food items requiring refrigeration. This refrigerated chef base has a storage capacity of 6.5 cubic feet and is equipped with four 5" swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy mobility in your commercial kitchen. The unit features an LED temperature display, urethane foam insulated walls and drawers, automatic defrost and a side-mounted compressor. The unit uses environmentally friendly refrigerant R290a.
