This commercial pizza prep table includes a full set of divider bars and six 4" deep plastic pans for holding ingredients such as dough, sauces, cheeses, meats and vegetables. The pizza prep unit features a 17.75" deep polyethylene cutting board that offers space for assembling pizzas. It has one doors with an easy-to-grip recessed handle. It provides 12 cubic feet (340 L) of refrigerated storage beneath the worktop for storing additional ingredients, sauce containers or other pizza-making essentials. One adjustable heavy-duty wire shelf accommodates full-size sheet pans. This energy-efficient pizza prep fridge is engineered with urethane foam insulated walls and doors. Additionally, it features a solid-state digital control system, LED temperature display and an integrated condensate evaporator, which means that no drain line connection is needed. This single-door commercial pizza prep table is equipped with four 3" diameter swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuvering when needed. The eco-friendly refrigeration system utilizes R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain optimum temperatures from 33°F to 41°F (1°C to 5°C).
