This refrigerated prep table provides up to 12 cubic feet (340 L) of storage that accommodates 16 pans and can hold full-size sheet pans. Constructed of durable stainless steel, the mega top prep table has two doors with easy-grip recessed handles. It is equipped with a full set of clip-on divider bars and 16 4-inch deep plastic pans. It has a sanitary food-grade quality 9-inch deep polyethylene cutting board, offering plenty of space to assemble orders. Beneath the worktop surface is a refrigerated compartment with adjustable heavy-duty wire shelves (1 per section/door) for storing ingredients. This energy-efficient unit is engineered with urethane foam insulated walls and doors. Additionally, it features a solid-state digital control system, LED temperature display and an integrated condensate evaporator which means that no drain line connection is needed. This two-door commercial kitchen prep table is equipped with four 3-inch swivel casters (two with brakes) for easy maneuvering when needed.
