Heavy cast-aluminum, non-stick coated plates allow for easy, fast production, and the 180° rotating hinge ensures even batter distribution. This commercial Belgian waffle iron has an adjustable digital timer with buzzer to prevent over cooking and a lighted on/off power switch for easy operation. A removable stainless steel drip pan is included for easy cleaning. 120V, 1080W, 9 Amps. One 5' long power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug. This unit is NSF and CE Certified.
