Constructed of heavy-duty stainless steel, this commercial convection oven features 6400 watts of heating power. The unit's steam injection system manually controls humidity, and dual, self-reversing fans promote air circulation for even, uniform cooking. The full-size stainless steel convection oven has a 180 minute timer with continuous function, a steam spraying function, and heating, humidity and power indicators. The unit has a stainless steel chamber, and the door hinge opens to a 90° angle to easily remove trays. The unit has five rack positions and comes with four 17.3" x 26" racks. It has a safety cut out switch.
