Constructed of heavy-duty, stainless steel, this quarter-size commercial convection oven features a compact design that's ideal for countertops. The unit has a double wall glass door and can accommodate three quarter-size sheet pans with 3.5" of space between each shelf. The countertop convection oven has manual controls for temperature adjustment, from 120° to 480°. A 120 minute timer helps ensure your food is cooked to perfection. Exterior dimensions: 12.5"H x 20.75"W x 15.5"D; interior dimensions of the oven are 16.5"H x 21.5"W x 15.25"D. 120V/60hz, 1750W, 14.5 Amps. CE Marked and NSF Approved.
