This 36-inch thermostatic griddle features a 3/4-inch thick smooth steel griddle plate that helps maintain consistent temperatures. Three manual burner controls allow for precise cooking temperatures along the cooking surface. Each "U" shaped stainless steel burner puts out 30,000 BTU/hr and is spaced evenly throughout the griddle plate, giving you a more uniform heated surface. Each burner has its own individual standing pilot light and control, allowing you to set up different cooking zones along the griddle plate. The unit's temperature range of 200° to 450° makes it easier to cook a variety of foods like pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers and more. The easy-to-clean unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides with splash guards, a stainless steel drip tray and a grease trough. The 20-inch cooking depth provides a maximum cooking surface area to meet the needs of your commercial kitchen. This countertop gas griddle comes standard with four adjustable heavy-duty legs. The unit has a 3/4-inch rear NPT gas connection and is field convertible to LPG.
