The unit features built-in heat recovery that reduces energy consumption. This commercial hood-type dishwasher features easy-to-read, simple-to-operate front-mounted controls with a digital display. It is built to withstand continuous use in high-demand commercial kitchens. This stainless steel dishwasher cleans up to 30 racks per hour and uses 0.69 gallons of water per rack. The triple filtering system with stainless steel filters captures soil and debris. This commercial dishwasher features a built-in 9000 Watt booster, 2700 Watt wash tank heater and a temperature range of 165° - 180°F. Cycles included are: 120 seconds, 180 seconds and Perfecta-Rinse, which extends the wash cycle time to ensure a 180°F final rinse. The unit is designed with built-in detergent and rinse-aid pumps and includes one dish rack, one combination flat rack and one small utensil basket. To accommodate your space, this dishwasher offers straight or corner installation with an easy removable rack. Standard built-in drain pump allows for versatile installation.
