The door has a recessed handle that is easy to grip. Store ingredients, toppings, garnishes and more in the 7 cubic feet refrigerated compartment below the workspace, which can accommodate full-size sheet pans. Keep the food organized with the heavy-duty epoxy coated shelf. The refrigerator maintains a temperature of 33°F to 41°F (1°C to 5°C). This energy-efficient refrigerated prep station is engineered with solid-state controls and a forced-air system that delivers consistent and easily adjustable temperature performance. This unit is designed to maximize energy cost savings with its polyurethane foam insulated walls and LED temperature display. The unit is equipped with an integrated condensate evaporator, meaning no drain line connection is needed. The unit is easy to clean with its durable stainless steel exterior and powder coated aluminum interior.
