| Long Description | Keep food hot and proof dough with the Adcraft Full Size Heater Proofer. This non-insulated heater proofer is constructed of anodized 6063 aluminum extrusion with .08" thick aluminum base with formed channels. It has a field reversible door to accommodate any commercial kitchen space. This full-size heater proofer holds up to 36 full sheet pans with 1-1/2" clearance between slides. The door is made of durable 0.08" thick clear Lexan, which provides visibility without heat loss. The unit has an easy-to-read LED thermometer and a removable control drawer for easy cleaning and maintenance. The holding and proofing cabinet features an air baffle design and forced air circulation. Heating mode with adjustable settings keeps cabinet temperatures up to 185°F (85°C). Proof mode adjusts humidity between 35% and 95% and temperature up to 115°F (46°C). For added convenience, this heater proofer has a cord hook on the back of the unit to secure the power cord during transport, plus four 5" casters, two with brakes, for mobility.
