Long Description	Pierce bread dough, pizza dough or pastry dough before baking to avoid over-rising or blistering with the Adcraft Full Size Dough Roller Docker. The Stainless Steel handle, axle, and frame allow for a firm grip, smooth handling, and evenly docked perforation of dough, so your pizza, pies, or tarts are cooked to perfection. The tool features 3/8” Stainless Steel pins permanently embedded in 1-3/4” plastic barrel.
