Constructed of durable stainless steel, each unit is equipped with a clear water level gauge. The bottom of the unit has an extra large encapsulated heating element that is waterproof and distributes heat evenly throughout. A variable temperature control knob and heat-resistant side handles come standard on each unit. An illuminated power switch lights up to let you know when the unit is in use. Hot water can be used to prepare tea, coffee, instant noodles, soups and more. This stainless steel hot water dispenser is also great for keeping sauces such as Au Jus, barbecue sauce and other hot beverages warm for an extended period of time. The unit has non-slip rubber feet for stability. The Adcraft Hot Water Dispenser Boiler is also available in a 40-cup model. 120V, 1350W, 11.25 Amps. 3' power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug.
