    Direction of UseSwallow the capsule whole with a drink of water. Adults and elderly: One capsule three times a day; the dose may be increased to two capsules three times a day if necessary. Do not take immediately after food. Do not chew or break the capsules. Children: Not recommended.
    WarningsDo not take indigestion remedies at the same time of day as this medicine. If your condition does not improve after two weeks of treatment, consult your doctor. Each sustained release capsule contains the active ingredient peppermint oil 0.2ml. Colpermin IBS Relief Capsules also contain gelatin and refined arachis oil (peanut oil). KEEP OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN. PLEASE READ THE ENCLOSED LEAFLET BEFORE USE. Store below 25°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
