    BRAND HOW TO USE
    • 1. Do not soak your feet before using a metal foot file or file after a shower. Skin needs to be dry and hardened.
    • 2. Use the coarse side to remove excess dead skin with medium pressure in short strokes. Do not press too hard or remove too much skin.
    • 3. Use the fine side to buff and smooth skin after. Avoid using on infected or inflamed skin.
    • 4. Apply your favourite foot moisturiser.
