The generous rye content is married with the sweetness of corn for a genteel interpretation of the venerable spirit. Patiently aged in air-dried oak barrels, its spicy character transcends mere resurgence. Behold – the renaissance of rye. A blend of 70% midwestern rye, 20% local corn, and 10% two-row malted barley, aged a minimum of four years. FEW Rye was made in a style reminiscent of the first rye whiskies made in the US - softer, rounder ryes with a balance of signature spice and developed fruit and other complex flavors Whiskey inspired by pre-prohibition times, the golden age of spirits.
