Crafted from just 100 barrels, this release incorporates rye backset during fermentation to enhance balance, consistency, and spice—a technique Parker Beam long championed. These barrels matured across four different rickhouses and three floors, where shifting temperatures and airflow shaped a deeply expressive whiskey layered with notes of vanilla, honey, and spice. A portion of proceeds will continue to support ALS research and patient care in honor of Parker Beam, continuing his enduring legacy and commitment to the bourbon community. |
