Während der warmhärtende Kautschuk-Klebstoff äußerst beständig gegen „Flagging“ ist, weist der Träger eine sehr hohe Reiß- und Abriebfestigkeit auf. Das insgesamt 0,08 Millimeter dünne Klebeband hält einer Durchschlagsspannung von 7.000 Volt stand und gehört mit einer Temperaturbeständigkeit von bis zu 130 °C der Isolierstoffklasse B an. Die transparente Polyesterfolie eignet sich hervorragend zur Deckbandage bei Spulen und zur Zwischenlagenisolation, wo eine hohe elektrische Durchschlagfestigkeit gefordert ist.
