Our 777F rolls feature a blend of Ceramic Aluminium Oxide abrasive and premium aluminium oxide, to give high durability and cut-rate – increasing production and requiring fewer abrasive change overs. The durable resin bond resists deterioration from heat, extending the life of the abrasive cloth. An incorporated grinding aid reduces heat and increases performance when used on stainless steel or exotic metals. These rolls have a YF-weight, water resistant polyester cloth backing allowing them to be run wet or dry.
