Účinne odstráni väčšinu ľahkého znečistenia (mazivo, nečistoty) bez toho, aby pôsobil na substrát. Čistí a odmasťuje tak, aby bola zaručená optimálna priľnavosť 3m VHB pások, a to vďaka veľmi číremu roztoku izopropyl alkoholu vo vode. Predáva sa v praktických 1 l fľašiach, tiež sa odporúča jeho alternatíva - 3M VHB vrecúška s čističom povrchov.
