Long Description 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Low Odour Acrylic Adhesive DP8725NS is a black, non-sag, low Odour, non-flammable, toughened two-part structural acrylic adhesive. This structural adhesive has improved performance within 3M's family of highly versitile, low Odour acrylic adhesives. It maintains the convenience of acrylic adhesives with fast curing and minimal surface preparation, while delivering improved impact strength, cold temperature resistance, flexibility and toxicological hazard profile. It is non-corrosive to steel and other active metal substrates. Bullet 1 Low Odour, non-flammable and reduced toxicological hazard profile for a safer working environment compared to typical acrylic adhesives Bullet 2 Bonds to a variety of substrates, including metals, painted surfaces, plastics and composites, with minimal surface preparation required, including for slightly oily surfaces Bullet 3 Low temperature performance with structrual strength down to -40˚C Bullet 4 Enhanced impact and peel strength Bullet 5 23 minute work life with 55 minutes to structural strength Bullet 6 Contains 250 micron (0.010 inch) spacer beads to control bond line thickness Keywords - Non-flammable adhesive
