Our isopropyl alcohol based adhesion promoter is a one step solution for cleaning and bonding to surfaces that are almost clean and free of wax, grease, oil and loose particles. It provides increased tape adhesion build rate at both normal and cooler temperatures. It adheres 3M™ VHB™ Tapes to various bare metals, galvanised steel, and painted surfaces. As surfaces and paint formulations vary considerably, each application should be verified through testing.
